What we're looking for
- •Obsessed with agentic infrastructure — you think about memory architectures, orchestration patterns, and agent protocols constantly
- •Can innovate at the memory layer — context compaction, hybrid retrieval, multi-tier persistence, provenance-tracked user models that improve across sessions
- •Can innovate at the orchestration layer — dynamic multi-agent delegation, capability-based routing, budget allocation across agent trees, lifecycle management for async agent coordination
- •Thinks at infrastructure scale — the kind of systems thinking you'd find at AWS or Cloudflare, applied to agent runtimes and tool execution
- •Deeply familiar with agent protocols — MCP, A2A, and knows where the current specs fall short
- •Uses AI agents daily — not chatbots, autonomous agents running real workflows

Agent Development Engineer
You build agents that actually work. Not demos — production systems that handle real complexity, like the agents shipping in Rush.
What we're looking for
- •Deep ML experience — you've fine-tuned models and deployed them in production
- •Built and experimented with multiple agent frameworks
- •Deployed agents at scale — sync or async, handling real data volumes
- •Experience writing evals and building tooling to measure and improve agent performance
- •You use AI tools daily to amplify your own work
- •Bonus: ranked top 20 on an agenting benchmark, or created one
Agent Infrastructure Engineer
You build infrastructure purpose-built for agents. Not generic cloud — systems designed for how agents actually run.
What we're looking for
- •Deep understanding of what it takes to run software at scale
- •Strong knowledge of networking protocols — agents communicate differently than traditional services
- •Experience with storage, sharding, and data techniques for high-throughput systems
- •Familiarity with agent protocols like MCP and async communication patterns
- •You use AI tools daily to amplify your own work
